Further to the announcement on 21 October 2009 in relation to a placing by the Company, and following admission of the new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM today, William Harris, Tim Ricketts, Linda James and Nicholas James, all Directors of the Company, who subscribed for a total of 412,500 Ordinary Shares in the placing at the placing price of 8 pence per share, have the following interests in the Ordinary Shares of the Company:
