Coolabi plc has today been advised that, on 9 November 2009, Mr and Mrs Leonard Licht  sold 2,675,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that the same number of Ordinary Shares were purchased by Alliance Trust Pensions Ltd for inclusion in Mr and Mrs Leonard Licht's SIPP.

Mr and Mrs Leonard Licht's interest in the Company therefore remains at 7.89 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
