Coolabi plc (the "Company")

Change of accounting reference date

 

Coolabi plc announces that it has changed its accounting reference date ("ARD") from 30 June to 31 December with immediate effect. 

 

The Board believes it is appropriate to change the Company's ARD in order to improve the usefulness of the Company's financial statements.

 

As a result of the change of ARD, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

 

• Unaudited interim results for six months to 30 June 2009 will be published by 30 September 2009. 

 

• Audited accounts for the eighteen months ended 31 December 2009 will be published by 31 March 2010.

 

Thereafter, interim and annual reports will be published each year, for the six months to 30 June and twelve months to 31 December respectively, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
