Result of General Meeting

Coolabi plc is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, the resolutions put to shareholders in order to effect the placing to raise �750,000 (before expenses), announced on 23 October 2008, were duly passed.

The placing remains conditional upon admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission and dealings in the new ordinary shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. Friday, 21 November 2008.
