Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

The Directors announce that the Company's next AGM will be held at 10am on 8 January 2007 at the offices of Memery Crystal, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP.

A notice detailing the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM was posted to shareholders yesterday and will be available from the Company's registered office for a period of one month from the date of posting.
