The Company was notified on 9 May 2007 by Mr Roger Llewellyn that, as at that date, he and the trustees of the David Roger Llewellyn Trust held 15,207,000 and 14,901,333 shares of 1p each in the Company respectively, representing approximately 3.10% and 3.04% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital respectively.
